E-Commerce Platform Operation Assistant ( Intern / Entry Level )

As a Platform Operations Intern, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our platform. You will work closely with the operations team, contributing to various aspects, from event setup and user support to data tracking and marketing initiatives. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Configure and update events on the app daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• User Support: Address common user inquiries and provide basic support, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Data Tracking: Monitor and collect operational data, generate basic reports, and identify trends.
• Activity Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing platform activities, including promotions and special events.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to basic marketing tasks, such as preparing content for promotions, supporting social media initiatives, and assisting with email campaigns.
• Team Support: Assist with other operational tasks as needed and coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless platform functionality.

• Work Period : 6 Months
