E Commerce Manager (D2C) Sales & Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Manager for our client, to lead their online sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate must have 7+ years of experience and must have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and ecommerce operations, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across the e-commerce platform on the company website.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring an optimal user experience and high site performance. Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform decisions on product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives. To measure and report on e-commerce media campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and maximize ROAS. Leverage advanced digital technology and tools for enhanced campaign effectiveness (eg. tools such as GA4 Analytics, Google Ads, META, SEO, and email marketing (utilizing Salesforce), & performance Marketing) Digital strategically plan and execute promotional activities in advance to maximize sales potential through the marketing channels. Monitor and analyze pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market. Curate product assortments that align with customer preferences and current market trends for the company promotions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities. Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to ensure financial targets are met, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and overall profitability. Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Qualifications:



Bachelor/Master degree in marketing with 7+ years of experience in ecommerce ideally in IT business
7+ years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer electronics environment.* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Google Search &Google Ads, & GA4, Tableau, Salesforce & Magento, Marketplace Amazon Seller & Noon, Jumia ).
