Job Description

Position Title: E-commerce English App Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the international version of the app, ensuring the accuracy and appeal of English content.
  • Monitor and analyze app usage data to optimize user experience and engagement based on insights.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies tailored to English-speaking markets to increase app activity and retention.
  • Manage and update app content, ensuring its quality aligns with the expectations of international users.
  • Respond to user feedback and collaborate with the technical support team to resolve issues and enhance user satisfaction.

Skills

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in app operations or related fields.
  • Prior experience with supermarket or retail app projects is a plus.

Other Qualifications:

  • Open to non-Chinese nationals.
  • Capable of working independently.
