Ensure the full compliance of DHE technical operations policy and procedures to applicable standards.
Review and improve the compliance level of existing company’s documentations against applicable international standards and industry’s best practices.
Ensure that all technical compliance are met as per the set industry norms and also adhere to the company policies during construction, maintenance and operation.
Perform extensive statistical analysis and identify gaps.
Conduct routine audit and inspection to ensure compliance and safe installation/operations of rides. • Provide support to operations and technical department. • Conduct in-house trainings related to compliance and HSE aspects.
Must have good knowledge of HSE system and risk management system.
Must have an advanced level understanding of EN 13814, Dubai Municipality HSE Codes, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 and hazard analysis. • Must be able to develop and review risk assessments, job safety analysis.
Provide support to Line Manager during implementation of HSE system and to drive a positive safety culture.
Conduct Inspection of amusement park rides, these inspections take place on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Compliance with local, International and manufacturer guidelines.
Manage all contractors to ensure compliance with all applicable HSE legislation& codes.
Review Contractors HSE plan as per scope of work.
Ensure all plant machinery and tools on project are safe to operate.
Participate and prepare Incident investigation report, identifying root causes, recommend corrective actions and preventive action to eliminate any re-occurrence.
Support Operations and Technical Team to implement emergency preparedness and response plan.
