Job Description

  • Receive and inspect garments for stains, damage, and special instructions.
  •  Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines and other related equipment.
  •  Treat stains and spots using appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
  •  Press and finish garments to guests’ specifications.
  •  Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  •  Ensure the dry-cleaning area is clean and organized.
  •  Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
  •  Follow all safety and health regulations.
  •  Assist with other tasks as needed, such as folding laundry or handling alterations.

  •  High school diploma or equivalent.
  •  Previous experience in dry cleaning or hotel laundry is preferred.
