About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Driver , to join our Transportation Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to guests always, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation. 

• Maintain vehicles in proper condition, conduct daily vehicle checklists, adhering to traffic laws, and ensuring the safety of guests and vehicles. 

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of major landmarks and destinations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Northern Emirates to provide accurate directions and recommendations to guests. 

• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing trolley assistance when needed, and ensuring smooth transitions during transportation. 

• Ensure accurate completion of vehicle logbooks, including mobile, vehicle, and job cards, maintaining detailed records of vehicle usage and maintenance. 

• Run shuttle buses to various shopping areas (if applicable), following designated routes and schedules to provide convenient transportation options for guests. 

• Stock limousines with daily newspapers, drinking water, cold towels, and hotel brochures, maintaining Jumeirah's high standards of service and presentation. 

• Take vehicles to the car wash regularly, ensuring they are clean inside and out, presenting a pristine appearance to guests. 

• Report any accidents, damage, or delays to the team leader immediately, maintaining open communication and adhering to operational schedules. 

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience
• Fluent in English
• Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team 
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes 
• Time Management/ Adherence to schedule 
• Customer Relationship Management
