Job Description

Position Overview: The Draftsman will work closely with interior designers and architects to develop detailed and accurate drawings and plans for various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting for interior design projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction methods.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to design and drafting efficiently.
