Key Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Interpret and translate design concepts, sketches, and verbal instructions into technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve design-related issues.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project teams.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions for easy reference.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Provide technical support to the project team during the design and construction phases.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings at the project completion stage.
Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Drafting, CAD, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in engineering or construction projects [Civil and MEP].
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and engineering concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements

- Accuracy: Achieve a 100% accuracy rate in technical drawings, as verified by engineers and architects.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
