Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
Creating plans and drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects.
Calculate the quality, cost, strength, and quantity of required materials and document them in a comprehensive materials list.
Produce copies of technical drawings and documentation packages through various methods of duplication, including blueprinting and photography, in accordance with specified mediums and reproduction requirements.

Mathematics knowledge.
Knowledgeable in design techniques, principles, and tools required for creating detailed and precise technical plans, blueprints, and models.
Skilled in design techniques, tools, and principles for creating precise technical plans, models, and blueprints.
Demonstrated critical-thinking skills.
