Leading global Client who is at the forefront of Digital Transformation, is hiring Lead Consultant - Custom Digital Transformation to drive the AI-driven solutions and custom web and mobile app development for enterprise clients


This applicant will lead the Digital Transformation Business Unit, oversee technical execution and manage key projects in technologies such as Sharepoint, Dot Net and Power Apps.


Roles and Responsibilities Includes


  • Lead the Digital Transformation BU: Oversee the technical strategy and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical leadership in AI-driven solutions, custom web & mobile app development, and leverage technologies like SharePoint,.NET, and Power Apps.
  • Client-Focused Solutions: Drive the development and implementation of tailored low-code/no-code applications and custom web apps, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure alignment, high efficiency, and successful project delivery.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop detailed technical roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries, ensuring a clear path to success.
  • Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and delivered on time.
  • Drive Innovation & Profitability: Oversee project budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the successful delivery of value while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful realization of project goals.

Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities require


  • Extensive Technical Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership within digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on AI solutions, web & mobile app development, and Microsoft & Databricks technologies.
  • Expertise in Agile Project Management: Strong experience managing Agile projects and leading teams to deliver continuous value throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Microsoft Azure Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure to deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based applications.
  • Client Management Excellence: Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships, with a strong understanding of client needs and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
  • Strong Budget & Profitability Management: Experience in managing project budgets and ensuring profitability while delivering quality outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: An eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the project is thoroughly planned and executed for top-notch delivery.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
