Roles and Responsibilities Includes
Lead the Digital Transformation BU: Oversee the technical strategy and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
End-to-End Project Leadership: Take full ownership of enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on technical leadership in AI-driven solutions, custom web & mobile app development, and leverage technologies like SharePoint,.NET, and Power Apps.
Client-Focused Solutions: Drive the development and implementation of tailored low-code/no-code applications and custom web apps, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure alignment, high efficiency, and successful project delivery.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop detailed technical roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries, ensuring a clear path to success.
Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and delivered on time.

Extensive Technical Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership within digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on AI solutions, web & mobile app development, and Microsoft & Databricks technologies.
Expertise in Agile Project Management: Strong experience managing Agile projects and leading teams to deliver continuous value throughout the project lifecycle.
Microsoft Azure Expertise: Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure to deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based applications.
Client Management Excellence: Proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships, with a strong understanding of client needs and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
Strong Budget & Profitability Management: Experience in managing project budgets and ensuring profitability while delivering quality outcomes.
