The Doorman is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the concierge within the Rooms Division.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
To assist to direct traffic in the hotel’s driveway.
To ensure that the bell carts are kept clean, shiny and orderly at all times.
To hail taxis and answers guests’ inquiries.
To prevent entrance of unauthorised or undesirable persons.
To open doors, welcome and greet guests and visitors.
To load / Unload guest luggage from cars/buses upon arrival and departure.
To keep main entrance and driveway neat at all times.
To be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.
To work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
To be aware about ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) proceedings of the hotel.
Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
