What you will do: 


  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating an inviting atmosphere.


  • Ensure efficient management of guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with valet parking, bell staff, and front desk agents.


  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events, elevating guest experience.


  • Maintain safety and security protocols by monitoring access to hotel entrances and keeping vigilant of surroundings.


  • Assist guests with luggage, transport, and other requests, anticipating needs and providing personalized service.


What you bring: 


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive interactions and resolve guest inquiries.


  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the hotel's commitment to high standards and quality service.


  • Experience in luxury hospitality or customer service, demonstrating understanding of guest expectations and industry best practices.


  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations while maintaining composure and attention to detail.


  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties such as lifting luggage and standing for extended periods, contributing to overall operational efficiency.


  • In a luxury hotel setting, the visual impact of a well-groomed and stylishly attired door attendant contributes to the overall atmosphere and guest experience.
