Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Processing BOEs -No Duty, GCC, Duty Exemption, TOO, Duty Paid, Import for Re-Export, Duty Deposit.

1. After receiving order details, prepare invoice, packing list and Delivery advice and send for customs clearance. Along with these checks on renewed Trade license; Renewed Production License- in case of manufacturers; Storage permit/NOC and other permits if required; SIRA import supporting docs send to customers in case of SIRA controlled products and follow up for the SIRA clearance permits every day.

2. Send docs to customers for exemption and follow up every day on the same.

• BOE creation in the system and allocate cost against orders processed.

• Exit Entry follow up from the other Free Zone customers on a regular basis.

• Liaising with statutory bodies viz. Customs, MOH, Dubai Police, Ministry of Interior, MOFA, DP World and SIRA. 

• SIRA handling-issues as well as sell operation in the SIRA website

• Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to execute the sales and purchases as per agreed schedule and business requirements.

• Prepare regular and periodic reports/reviews- Monthly reports on documentation

• Msds generation

• Chamber of Commerce Application on the Dubai Chamber’s website

• Documentation invoice checking – service provider’s invoices.

• Maintains channels of effective communication with Sales, Purchase, Local Logistics, Terminal, Finance, etc. and branch offices.

• Establish & enforce the proper working procedure by making proper corrective and preventive actions through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints

• Propose and review guidelines, standard operations procedure (SOP) and key performance indicator (KPI) to monitor the team’s performance

• Make sure documents are processed according to the agreed schedule & time frame.
