Could you be the full-time onsite Documentation Manager in Dubai, UAE we’re looking for?



Your future role


"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive and strategic documentation management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll define and implement pivotal documentation management processes within the Project/Program organization, making a significant impact on project success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project/Program core team, EDMS Key User, Project/Program Documentation Controller), manage and deploy the Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS), and much more."


We’ll look to you for:


  • Defining and implementing Documentation Management within the Project/Program organization,
  • Executing Documentation Life Cycle,
  • Monitoring complete Project/Program Documentation,
  • Transferring contractual customer specifications into AT DMP (Documentation Management Plan),
  • Ensuring that documentation management rules defined in the DMP are understood and applied by every team member,
  • Validating documentation before any submission to the customer,
  • Adapting and implementing the documentation structure in accordance with standards,
  • Defining, assigning, and following the contractual deliverables for technical and management documentation categories in the Contractual Deliverables Requirement List,
  • Updating and using documentation internal and external distribution lists,
  • Managing and deploying the Electronic Documentation Management System (EDMS) with tools support team and training new users as well as managing access rights to EDMS

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in the field of technical documentation or relevant field,
  • Experience or understanding of documentation management processes and best practices,
  • Knowledge of Lascom AEC/Acomis/Project Wise/Aconex or similar Document Management Systems,
  • Familiarity with the Railway domain or similar engineering environments,
  • Fluent in English with effective communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Office 365, etc.),
  • Structured Way of Working (Process Oriented, capability to diagnose complex situations/organizations with continuous Improvement mindset),
  • Ability to challenge project teams and work effectively with multi-sites & international teams,
  • Capability to work independently and as an excellent team worker,
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and participating in continuous learning and development activities
