Document Controllers play a vital role in facilitating efficient communication and data sharing within project teams, as well as ensuring that documents meet regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will establish and enforce document control procedures, encompassing version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.
You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing incoming documents, confirming their adherence to established standards, formatting requirements, and completeness, while also meticulously tracking changes and revisions.
You will be tasked with the precise management and organization of project documents in your capacity as a Document Controller, ensuring they are accurate, current, and readily available to the project team.
