Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Organize, store, and retrieve documents efficiently, following company protocols. Monitor document control processes to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements. Distribute project documentation to relevant team members and stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure proper version control and track document revisions and approvals. Perform regular audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of documentation. Support the project team with administrative tasks related to documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
A degree is not required for this position. Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control for large-scale projects. Proficient in document management systems and tools (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or similar). Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with construction or engineering project environments is preferred.
