  • Responsibleforadaily documentsmanagementworkload.
  • SupportTechnicalProjectTeamandotherDepartments.
  • Perform document control duties, which include: registeringall the incoming and outgoing correspondences, transmittalsof drawings and technical documents and other related filesforall on-hand Projects.
  • LoggingandreleasingnewandrevisedWorkOrdertoProcurementandFabricationDepartment.
  • Responsibleformanagingemails,inquiriesanddistributingtotheconcern personnel/departmentsfor theirinformation.
  • DailyupdatesofWorkOrderLogSheetforeasymonitoringoforders.
  • CoordinateswiththeProjectTeamforthestatusofthelatestsubmitted documents and to distribute copy to all personnel relatedforeachproject.
  • Maintain the Project Master Register for the tracking of all technicalandnon-technicaldocuments.
  • Distribute all received documents from the Contractor to all relatedindividualsaswelltheDepartmentHeads.
  • Arrangingandpreparingmaterialsthatarerequiredfornewsubmission
