Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage all company documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Receive, review, classify, and archive all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Ensure proper indexing, storage, and retrieval of documents using electronic and manual systems.
• Control and track document revisions and updates to maintain version integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding document management.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and records.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth document flow and control.
• Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
• Generate reports on document control activities and status.
RequirementsPOSITION IS TEMPORARY FOR 3 MONTHS EXTENDABLE BASED ON REQUIREMENT
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in document control or records management.
• Familiarity with document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
