Job Description
MIRA-Search is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Controller to oversee the management of project documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and organizing all project-related documents, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensuring documents are up-to-date and distributed to relevant team members.
- Implementing and maintaining document control procedures and systems.
- Tracking changes and revisions to documents and ensuring proper version control.
- Coordinating with project teams to gather, review, and file documentation in a timely manner.
- Assisting with audits and inspections by providing required documents and reports.
- Maintaining an effective filing system, both electronic and physical.
