Job Description

  • Your role will involve reviewing incoming documents for compliance with established standards, formatting, and completeness, as well as tracking changes and revisions.
  • Part of your role will involve the thorough review of incoming documents, verifying their compliance with established standards, formatting guidelines, and completeness, as well as maintaining a comprehensive record of changes and revisions.
  • You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing incoming documents, confirming their adherence to established standards, formatting requirements, and completeness, while also meticulously tracking changes and revisions.
  • Facilitating effective communication and data sharing within project teams is a fundamental role of Document Controllers, who also take responsibility for ensuring document compliance with regulatory and quality assurance criteria.
  • As part of your duties, you will conduct detailed reviews of incoming documents to validate their compliance with established standards, formatting specifications, and completeness, while maintaining an accurate record of changes and revisions.
  • Document Controllers contribute significantly to the facilitation of seamless communication and data sharing within project teams, in addition to their role in ensuring document compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.

Skills

  • Experienced in conducting regular audits and quality checks to verify the integrity and completeness of documentation, while also identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Holds experience in conducting routine audits and quality checks to validate document integrity, completeness, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Skilled in document management software and systems, ensuring efficient organization, categorization, and maintenance of electronic and physical records.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining comprehensive document control procedures and guidelines to drive workflow efficiency and enhance document management.
  • Shows an outstanding focus on detail and precision, delivering accurate labeling, filing, and effortless document retrieval.
