Advising clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including international arbitration, commercial litigation, and regulatory issuesManaging high-profile cases across various sectors including construction, energy, financial services, and international tradeDrafting and reviewing pleadings, statements of claim, and other procedural documentsRepresenting clients in arbitration hearings, court proceedings, and mediationsCollaborating closely with partners and team members to deliver exceptional legal services
Profile
Strong background in dispute resolution, with a focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation3-6 years PQEQualified in the US, UK, or CanadaAt least 1 year of regional experience in the Middle EastExcellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
