We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Management Director to join our dynamic organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with our strategic goals.

• Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale projects
• Manage project portfolios, ensuring optimal resource allocation and prioritization
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with overall business strategy
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
• Drive innovation in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations in Dubai and the UAE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
• Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma are highly desirable
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and financial management
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team development and mentoring
• Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management
• Familiarity with the business landscape, local practices, and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
