Job Description

Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan to align with its


mission and vision.


• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks to track


progress towards strategic goals.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and


challenges for the organization.


• Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic initiatives and

• Ensure alignment of the strategic plan with Dubai's overarching plan, strategy,


and government directions.


• Implement a comprehensive framework for the institutional performance


management system.


• Define responsibilities and authorities for the application of the performance


management system at all stages, adhering to approved standards.


• Oversee the development and implementation of performance management


systems to monitor and evaluate the organization's performance.


• Conduct regular reviews of plans and programs across organizational units.


• Ensure continuous alignment of unit-level plans with the strategic objectives


of the authority.


• Utilize standardized criteria to design and implement performance indicators


in collaboration with organizational units.


• Ensure consistency and relevance of performance indicators to strategic goals.


• Provide guidance and support to departmental teams in aligning their


objectives with the overall strategic goals.


• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational


efficiency and effectiveness.


• supervise tasks and initiatives related to institutional development.


Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with


financial regulations and best practice


·Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (master's preferred) in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Public Administration, or a related field.


·Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, institutional efficiency, or a related field.


·Proven leadership in strategic planning and institutional

·Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated success in implementing strategic
