Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join their extraordinary team!
Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought for residential areas of Dubai. Minutes away to mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’ leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses, Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY



This role oversees and directs all aspects of the hotels Sales & Marketing activities including rooms, meetings and events, restaurants, and bars, and will be supported by an active and energetic team of commercial professionals.
Responsibilities include the development of launch strategies and commercial plans, across all sales segments as well as various marketing platforms such as digital, PR, content development, channels and social. This role will also oversee and assist with the execution of the operating sales and marketing plan and S&M expenses management, leading the sales and marketing team and reporting on the effectiveness of the plan.
Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with IHG’s Regional Sales and Marketing office.
This role is predominantly results focused, so the ideal candidate should come with a competitive character and the ability to develop and execute winning commercial strategies.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU



The ideal person will have expertise as a Director of Sales and Marketing or in a corporate commercial hospitality job, with a history in property-level sales and marketing. A skilled individual with substantial sales experience is required for this position. It’s important for the individual to have GCC market experience.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, enjoys learning new things and working in a team environment. Must be flexible, willing to work smart, get along well with others and have the passion to go the extra mile to be a trusted advisor for his/her clients at all levels.
