Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will work closely with senior management to align sales objectives with overall business goals. The Director of Sales is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other associates.



  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. 

Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or a related sector is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
