The job location will be based in Dubai.
Bachelor diploma.
A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, including leadership roles within a hotel or area revenue management capacity. Demonstrated skills in project management, strategy execution, and team development. Deep understanding of revenue management practices and challenges specific to the UAE and Gulf region.
Effective leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in strategic planning and project execution. Commitment to driving talent development and creating a learning environment. Expertise in revenue management tools and systems. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different hotel environments within the UAE and Gulf region.
Ability to speak fluent English and Arabic advantageous.
