Job Description
As the Learning & Development Director, you will lead the strategic vision for fostering a robust learning culture within the hotel while managing and inspiring the Human Resources team. This critical role is central to driving talent development initiatives, enhancing organizational performance, and promoting a culture of excellence in alignment with the hotel’s prestigious 5-star standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and the company’s brand standards.
- Identify training needs through quality assurance analysis, performance evaluations, guest feedback, and collaboration with departmental leaders.
- Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development initiatives to nurture current and future leaders.
- Oversee and deliver training programs focusing on service excellence, soft skills, technical skills, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Learning & Development on projects and initiatives for future company-wide strategies.
- Lead the HR team to ensure efficient operations aligned with the hotel’s strategic goals.
- Implement initiatives to cultivate a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement and retention.
