is hiring a Director, Institutional Sales and Strategic Partnerships to contribute to our International Sales team located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Director of Institutions and Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company’s reach by developing and managing strategic relationships with institutional partners and key stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will spearhead initiatives that drive revenue growth, forge meaningful collaborations, and align institutional engagement strategies with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to enhance relationships with institutions and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Identify and secure new institutional partnerships, assessing potential opportunities for collaboration and growth. Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing (remote) sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration. Establish clear performance metrics and provide regular coaching to ensure individual and team success. Attract and retain top sales talent while supporting professional growth and development initiatives. Manage and strengthen existing partnerships , driving engagement and ensuring long-term value for both parties. Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements , ensuring mutually beneficial terms while safeguarding the company’s interests. Work closely with internal teams , including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership strategies with broader business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Develop customized solutions and proposals to address the unique needs of institutional partners. Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to foster relationships and enhance brand visibility. Track and analyze partnership performance , providing regular reports and recommendations to the Senior Director to optimize strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with partnership agreements , maintaining high standards of professionalism and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:



5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, institutional sales, or business development , with a focus on long-term relationship management. 3+ years of experience working with higher education institutions, government agencies, or corporate partnerships in an international or institutional sales environment. 5+ years of successful sales leadership managing a high-performance team. Demonstrated success in securing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. Experience in negotiating complex agreements and driving revenue through institutional collaborations. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring alignment between business objectives and partnership goals. Proven experience in strategic partnerships and business development , with a track record of managing institutional relationships.
