You would be responsible for Culinary and service with a team of 250+

Who we're looking for
You will have had a successful career within 5 star hotels as an Executive Chef with large F&B operations working in the GCC. You will have had experience with International cuisines and been at the forefront of introducing new concepts to the F&B operations.
You are creative, agile with attention to detail and excellent leadership and organisational skills.
You are looking for your first step into the entire F&B operation
Its essential that you maintain a balanced focus on both service and culinary with Outlet Managers reporting to you along with an Executive Chef.
You'll have technical experience of GP%, costings, procurement, menu planning & design, manpower and guest satisfaction stats.
An appetite for networking and being ahead of culinary openings is essential.
