We are looking to add client growth partner who can play account manager role for existing client as well as bring new clients in MENA region in education space.

Here are the roles and responsibility :



-Work closely with education practice team and geo sales to identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in education sector.
- Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, decks, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations .
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, including negotiating, and closing legal agreements and utilizing product demos and presentations.
- Work closely with existing educational clients in the region to ensure account growth.
- Account growth dimension:
Responsible for relationship building and establishing Nagarro as a trusted partner by working closely with the customer.
- Seek references/testimonials from customer Delivery excellence dimension Captures customer's vision and ensures the delivery meets the expectation.
- Works and collaborates with Delivery Manager to smoothen out delivery issues (progress, cost, budgets etc.) and manage client expectations. Identifies topics on which Nagarro can innovate and consult to create strategic breakthroughs for the client business.
- Identifies service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
- Acts as the escalation point for onsite resources when issues arise with resources and manages any dispute or conflict.
- Manages the contractual, financial and legal aspects (Invoicing, receivable, MSA, SOWs, renewals etc.)
