Overview of the role:
The Aftersales Digitization team, a division of the Aftersales Centre of Excellence, holds a strategic mandate to support all IT projects and initiatives. The Transformation Lead plays a crucial role within the Digitization team, overseeing the planning, execution, and development of high-quality products that align with internal customer needs and company objectives. This role is responsible for managing key relationships between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the successful delivery of business opportunities and outcomes.
What you will do:
Backlog Maintenance:
• Manage the process for raising & prioritising new POD initiatives.
• Meet regularly with business stakeholders to review backlog ensuring all iiatives are approved and have an appropriate business value score for prioritisation
• Review and approve all AERTs raised for your business area
POD Delivery:
• Review & complete Business Requirement Documents with business stakeholders
• Organise scope review and process discussion sessons with key stakeholders and EIT team to finalise scope of all iniatives.
• Attend daily standups
• Schedule backlog grooming and prioritisation sessions
• Work closely with business team, EIT scrum master & delivery team to ensure initiatives are delivered on time to required scope and quality.
• Manage to resolution any blockers to delivery of the POD minimising team idle time and delays
• Validate & challenge effort estimates
User Acceptance Testing & Business Change:
• Support the scheduling of UAT & organisation of resources to participate in the UAT
• Conduct UAT where necessary
• Assist with the resolution of any queries or issues identified during UAT
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of all initiatives
• Develop communication plans and training programs as required
Reporting:
• Produce & present monthly Steering Committee updates confirming accurate status of all POD iniatives.
• Producing adhoc reports as required for business leads.
Required skills to be successful:
• Knowledge of Data Analytics and Reporting Tools
• Proficient in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and resourceful.
• Capable of anticipating and resolving conflicts.
About the Team:
In this position you will be working in a fast paced and diverse Automotive Aftersales Digitization team. You will be reporting directly to the Product Owner.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in large organizations; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Good commercial awareness and familiarity with financial statements.
