What the role entails
As a Digital Intern, you’ll assist our account management team in delivering top-notch service and support to our valued clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, learn about the digital marketing industry, and contribute to the success of our campaigns.
- Engage with our client’s online community, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
- Support the development and execution of content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Assist in managing client communications and relationships.
- Support account teams in the delivery of client services.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and client presentations, providing insights and updates on campaign results.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions, contributing your creative flair.
- Learn the ins and outs of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ad hoc assignment as required from time to time.
- Update and maintain a task check-list with regular check-ins with line report.
Who you are
Ideally you will have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong passion for client servicing, social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
