Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking aDigital Production Manager to join our existing Digital Team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The Digital Production Manager will oversee the
creative and production workflows for digital media content across web, social
media, and video platforms. This role is responsible for leading a team of
creatives, including designers, editors, and producers to deliver high-quality
news and entertainment content..
The accountabilities are:
Develop digital content strategies aligned with editorial
priorities, ensuring all content to inform, entertain, and engage.ØCoordinate with news, editorial, and programming teams to create
shows and explainers for user engagement, and social media reach.ØDrive the creative vision for news packages, and social
media visuals, ensuring all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and
audience expectations.ØOversee the digital production process, managing
timelines, and resources for multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and
infographics.ØImplement efficient production workflows and quality
control processes, ensuring timely delivery of shows, videos and graphic
packages.ØLead a team of digital content creators, production
specialists, and designers, fostering a collaborative environment and setting
clear performance expectations.ØMentor team members in best practices for digital
storytelling, multimedia production, and audience engagement.ØManage relationships with freelancers and external
production vendors to supplement content production.ØCollaborate with TV programming, broadcast, and editorial
teams to repurpose content for digital and social media audiences.ØPartner with analytics and growth teams to track content
performance, using insights to refine digital strategies and improve audience
engagement.ØStay informed of industry trends in digital content
production, social media, and emerging platforms, with a focus on news and
media innovation.ØExperiment with new content formats, digital storytelling
techniques, and interactive media to enhance audience engagement and increase
viewership.
Integrate new technologies and tools (e.g., AI, data visualizations,
live streaming innovations) that improve content quality and streamline
production workflows.
RequirementsØBachelor’s degree in digital media, Graphic Design or a
related field.Ø8+ years of experience in digital media production, or
creative direction within TV, news, or media industry.ØStrong leadership skills in managing creative teams and
delivering multimedia content.ØDeep understanding of digital publishing, and audience
engagement practices.ØProficiency with production and content management tools
(e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software, CMS
platforms).ØExcellent communication and project management skills,
with experience in cross-departmental collaboration.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic media environment and respond
effectively to shifting priorities and news demands.
