Job Description

  1. Responsible of delivering the full onboarding of a service or feature, end to end. Including the business requirements, design, development, roll out and support.
  2. 2. Develop all related user stories
  3. 3. Onboarding of public and private sector entities to avail their buy-in and APIs including organizing and conducting necessary meetings with stakeholders
  4. 4. Interacts and engages with entities, internal and external stakeholders related to the development of a service
  5. 5. Working closely with entities to understand their businesses and re-engineering their process to support them in making their services a better version from the customer’s point of view
  6. 6. Be the experts in defining what is the best way a service can be presented to customers through any of the platforms
  7. 7. Ensures full deployment and that final product meets with end-user needs
  8. 8. Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
  9. 9. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  10. 10. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  11. 11. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  12. 12. Work closely with other product owners in the team to ensure alignment of all the processes
  13. 13. Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to targets
  14. 14. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  15. 15. Keep up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  16. 16. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage more than one major project/service at a time
  17. 17. A solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies
  18. 18. The role will report into the Product Manager
