JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for curating and optimizing the online shopping experience through product management and categorization on the website. He/she leverages customer insights to propose merchandising improvements aimed at enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, he/she collaborates closely with the E-Commerce Trading Manager and brand teams to help develop and implement merchandising plans and strategies, aiming to maximize product visibility and drive sales.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or Marketing, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years of experience in Digital Merchandising, or a similar role.
Experience in Retail is a plus.
