Serve as the main point of
contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting
relationships. Manage the team to deliver on client needs by ensuring clear
communication, realistic goals, and achievable timelines.
Project manage and lead digital
strategy, media planning, and activation, in alignment with the overall
integrated client strategy.
Regularly meet with clients to
present campaign updates, performance reports, and discuss future
opportunities.
Oversee the end-to-end execution
of campaigns across multiple digital platforms by coordinating with internal
creative, analytics, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign
implementation and delivery.
Monitor and optimize campaigns
daily to ensure they meet client goals and deliver optimal performance.
Use tools like Google Analytics,
Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics platforms to monitor
performance and analyze data to generate actionable insights and drive
decision-making.
Manage campaign budgets to
increase performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to
identify innovative strategies to meet client KPIs and enhance overall campaign
performance.
Demonstrate fluency across all
digital functional areas—display, content, social, programmatic, performance,
and analytics—and how to leverage these areas effectively to meet client
requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications,
or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in a media agency managing digital
media and performance marketing.
Proven experience managing client relationships.
Strong presentation, conceptual thinking, and project
management skills.
Ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.
