We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategy across the MENA region. This role is pivotal in engaging traders, increasing retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value through SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have Forex industry experience, a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, and expertise in data-driven marketing, automation, and customer engagement strategies. You will lead digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness, grow organic traffic, and drive engagement within the MENA trading community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Community Growth
· Develop and manage organic social media strategies (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok).
· Engage with the MENA trading community, driving discussions around market trends, strategies, and Forex insights.
· Create interactive content (polls, Q&A sessions, live webinars, expert interviews).
· Collaborate with influencers, traders, and financial analysts to enhance reach and credibility.
2. SEO & Content Marketing
· Lead the SEO strategy for organic growth, including on-page optimization, link-building, and content strategy.
· Oversee the creation of high-quality trading-related content (articles, blogs, trading guides, market analysis).
· Develop multilingual content tailored to the Arabic-speaking audience and other key MENA markets.
· Optimize website and landing pages for search rankings and user experience (UX/UI improvements).
3. Email Marketing & Automation
· Build and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and reactivation.
· Segment audiences based on trading behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
· Develop automated email workflows (welcome sequences, trading tips, deposit reminders, reactivation emails).
· Utilize A/B testing for subject lines, copy, and call-to-actions to improve email performance.
4. Promotional Campaigns, Contests & Bonus Programs
· Plan and execute seasonal promotions, deposit bonuses, and trader engagement campaigns.
· Develop and oversee trading competitions, referral programs, and exclusive loyalty incentives.
· Optimize bonus structures and retention offers to maximize engagement while ensuring compliance.
· Collaborate with the sales, IBs, and affiliate teams to amplify promotional reach.
5. Trader Retention & Engagement
· Design and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase trader loyalty.
· Create behavioral-based engagement strategies, rewarding active traders with exclusive perks.
· Develop and manage VIP loyalty programs tailored to high-net-worth traders in the MENA region.
· Work closely with customer support and account managers to improve trader satisfaction.
6. Marketing Automation & CRM Management
· Implement AI-driven automation tools to enhance personalization and engagement.
· Develop multi-channel retargeting strategies via email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
· Optimize CRM workflows for trader segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
7. Budget Management & Performance Reporting
· Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
· Track key KPIs (email open rates, social engagement, SEO rankings, customer LTV, churn rate, retention).
· Provide detailed reports with data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
