Role Purpose
Implement digital marketing efforts and initiatives to contribute to the marketing and promotion of the programmes and initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre in line with the specified goals, standards, timetables, and budgets. The Digital Marketing Specialist contributes to achieving the departmental goals in raising awareness of the public, partners, and other target groups of the initiatives, projects, and programmes of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre through social media, websites, and other digital marketing platforms to serve the achievement of the desired marketing results and outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Strategies
- Implement plans and strategies for digital marketing to market and promote the programmes and initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre through various means, channels, and platforms of digital marketing to contribute to achieving the centre goals and strategic priorities.
Define Digital Marketing Plans & Needs
- Contribute to the management of all stages of digital marketing, including planning, implementation, development and use across various digital marketing platforms in accordance with the set goals and results.
- Define and understand digital marketing needs and objectives in solid collaboration with the relevant Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre teams to implement marketing projects effectively.
Implementation & Development of Digital Marketing Plans & Projects
- Implement, develop, and update platforms and websites, in accordance with objectives, needs and required quality standards.
- Prepare and develop social media marketing content and support the team in developing search engines in order to develop marketing efforts and reach the largest number of partners and audiences.
- Prepare, develop, modify, and publish digital marketing content (such as images, videos, texts, news, etc.) according to the required level of quality and expectations in order to develop content aimed at attracting and engaging audiences.
- Coordinate with relevant external suppliers and organizations to develop and clarify the required scope of work and expected operational tasks and support the team in ensuring that all deliverables are in line with identified requirements and needs.
- Discover developments in digital marketing and social media, relevant benchmarking, trends, and audience needs to ensure implementation of marketing projects and efforts in accordance with best practices and standards.
- Contribute to analysing and enhancing user experiences, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and plans in promoting the initiatives and programmes of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre, and in achieving the expected promotion results.
- Prepare reports on the results of digital marketing initiatives and efforts, on their performance, progress, and effectiveness, and on future plans for improvement and development according to the directions of the team.
- Follow up on digital marketing budgets, contribute to their management, and ensure that they are allocated according to specific goals and needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.
Experience
3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
