About the job Digital Marketing Specialist
We are hiring for an award-winning consulting & design firm headquartered in the UAE, serving the Middle East & Africa region. The firm partners with private and public sector organizations globally, bridging the gap from ideas to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging, consistent content.
- Develop and execute creative digital campaigns using automation tools.
- Create audience targeting strategies, ad copy, and optimized landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO and development teams to improve search engine rankings and website performance.
- Produce visual content such as videos, reels, and graphics.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and nurturing strategies.
- Oversee Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and other online advertising efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
- Monitor online brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries.
- Work closely with design, development, and content teams to align marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation within the UAE/GCC.
- Preferred working experience with agencies or consultancies, handling requests from clients.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital ad platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Experience with F&B, HORECA, or service industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Arabic fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Location: JLT, Dubai, UAE
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: AED 6,000 - 8,000 per month
