Job Description

Role Purpose


Assist the team and provide necessary support to implement digital marketing efforts and initiatives to contribute to the marketing and promotion of the programmes and initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre in line with the specified goals, standards, schedules, and budgets. The Digital Marketing Officer achieves the aims of raising awareness of the public, partners, and other target groups of the initiatives, projects, and programmes of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre through social media, websites, and other digital marketing platforms to ensure that they achieve the desired goals, results and marketing outputs.


Key Responsibilities


Planning & Strategies


  • Contribute to the implementation of plans and strategies for digital marketing with the aim of marketing and promoting the programmes and initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre through various means, channels, and platforms of digital marketing to contribute to achieving the goals and strategic priorities of the centre.

Define Digital Marketing Plans & Needs


  • Provide necessary support to implement all phases of digital marketing including planning, implementation, development, and use across various digital marketing platforms in accordance with set goals and outcomes.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre concerned teams to support the team in identifying and understanding digital marketing needs and objectives in order to implement marketing projects effectively.

Implementation & Development of Digital Marketing Plans & Projects


  • Assist in developing platforms and websites in accordance with the objectives, needs, and required quality standards.
  • Provide the necessary support in preparing and developing marketing content via social media and assist in the development of search engines to develop marketing efforts and reach the largest number of partners and audiences.
  • Assist the team in preparing, developing, modifying, and publishing digital marketing content (such as images, videos, texts, news, etc.) according to the required level of quality, and develop content aimed at attracting and engaging audiences.
  • Liaise with suppliers and competent external institutions on the required scope of work and expected operational tasks, as directed by the team and supporting the team in ensuring that all outputs are in line with specific requirements and needs.
  • Be aware of developments in digital marketing and social media and research the trends and needs of the masses to ensure the implementation of marketing projects and efforts in accordance with best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to the analysis of user experiences, the results, and outputs of digital marketing initiatives and products to support the team in evaluating and measuring their effectiveness in promoting the initiatives and programmes of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre, and in achieving the expected promotion results.
  • Prepare reports on digital marketing initiatives and efforts as directed by the team, ensure that all relevant documents and reports are maintained, updated regularly, and provided to the team as needed.
  • Follow up on budgets allocated for planning and implementing digital marketing projects and provide the team with any developments and reports on them as directed by the team.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.


Experience


Fresh graduate, 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
