🌍 Position: Digital Marketing Sr. Executive

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies – Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic, leads, and bookings.
  2. Social Media Management – Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter) to increase engagement and followers.
  3. SEO & SEM Optimization – Improve website ranking through SEO strategies and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
  4. Content Marketing – Plan, create, and distribute engaging content (blogs, videos, email campaigns) to attract and retain customers.
  5. Website Management – Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, updated, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  6. Email Marketing & CRM – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage customer databases, and improve retention strategies.
  7. Analytics & Reporting – Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tracking software.
  8. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing – Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and partners to promote the company’s services.
  9. Online Reputation Management – Monitor reviews, respond to customer inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation on TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and other platforms.
  10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends – Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the travel and tourism sector.

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

✅ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel/tourism industry

✅ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing

✅ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and content marketing

✅ Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills
