Responsibilities


  1. Strategic Planning: Develop, formulate, and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, encompassing various channels such as Google Ads, Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic, and more.
  2. Collaborative Media Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to create well-informed media plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan and meticulously execute campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Social Media, Programmatic, and others, guaranteeing that all campaigns are on schedule and on budget.
  4. Keyword Analysis: Perform in-depth search keyword analysis to build precise and effective keyword lists for search campaigns, optimizing for search engine visibility and relevance.
  5. Innovative Growth Strategies: Foster creativity and innovation by brainstorming and implementing novel growth strategies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the digital marketing landscape.
  6. Performance Optimisation: Continuously evaluate the quality of incoming traffic and employ data-driven insights to optimize digital campaigns, improving performance and ROI.
  7. Collaborative Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages, enhancing the overall user experience and engagement.
  8. Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital marketing industry by remaining informed about the latest technologies and best practices and integrating them into strategies.
  9. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape, keeping a vigilant eye on industry peers, and provide strategic recommendations for improvements and differentiation.
  10. Performance Assessment: Thoroughly measure and analyse the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, comparing them against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI). Regularly report findings and insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Requirements


•Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Digital Marketing Executiveor comparable role.
•Strong experience within the CFD industry
•Proficient in building marketing strategy, campaign structure and Media plans.
•Excellent and hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
•Proficient in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads.
•Great experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
