Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Optimization – Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.), optimizing for engagement, conversions, and retention.

Social Media Leadership – Oversee and enhance brand presence on all major digital platforms, ensuring consistency and audience growth.

Creative Content & Brand Storytelling – Collaborate with content creators and designers to craft compelling digital assets that resonate with our audience.

SEO & SEM Mastery – Manage and refine keyword strategies, paid search campaigns, and organic growth efforts to maximize reach.

Budget & Performance Management – Oversee digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to optimize ROI.

Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with PR, retail operations, and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand synergy.


What You Bring:

6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong background in SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, and social media advertising.

✔ Proven leadership experience in managing digital teams and executing multi-channel campaigns.

✔ Expertise in data analysis and performance tracking, with a strong ability to translate insights into strategy.

Creative mindset with excellent content writing and brand storytelling abilities.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
