History and Achievements:
INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Starting its operations in the CIS markets, the company successfully sold over 10 million devices. Role and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & SEO:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and SEO performance to adjust strategies as needed.
2. Content Marketing:
  • Create and oversee the execution of a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and brand voice.
  • Manage the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate engaging and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
3. PPC/SEM:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
4. CRM Communications:
  • Develop and implement CRM communication strategies to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive sales.
  • Segment customer databases and personalize communications to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze CRM communication metrics to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing roles, with a focus on social media, SEO, content marketing, PPC/SEM, and CRM communications.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and measurable results.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media management tools, and CRM software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative digital content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency English is a must; knowledge of other language(s) will be beneficial.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
Other:
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
