What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or performance marketing.
  
• Expertise in brand positioning, digital transformation, and high-impact marketing campaigns that drive profitability and guest loyalty.
  
• Strategic experience in SEO/SEM, omnichannel marketing, data analytics, and digital innovation.
  
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other paid ad platforms.
  
• Proficiency in customer segmentation, data-driven marketing, and AI-driven personalization to enhance guest experiences.
  
• A visionary approach to emerging technologies, performance analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
  
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, growth, and digital excellence.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  
• Experience is Hospitality or Nightlife industry is preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid ads, email marketing, and SEO.
  
• Monitor and optimize digital performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
  
• Support digital initiatives related to room distribution and e-commerce, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools to track and analyse campaign performance.
  
• Prepare reports and insights to help optimize marketing strategies.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  
• Learn and apply AI, automation, and analytics tools to improve efficiency and personalization.
  
• Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
