About the job Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive with a background in the recruitment industry, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our recruitment services and enhance our online presence. You will leverage your industry experience to create targeted strategies that drive engagement and attract both clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients and candidates.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns, tailored to the recruitment industry.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase organic and paid traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and community management across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting, to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recruitment to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to align marketing efforts with business goals and support recruitment campaigns with targeted marketing initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the recruitment industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling content and design innovative marketing strategies that resonate with both clients and candidates.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
