Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Market Specialist to join our team,
Roles & Responsibilities are as follows
1. Website & Store Management
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring smooth operation.
- Upload, categorize, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and prices.
- Monitor website analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
2. Design & Content Creation
- Design banners, advertisements, and other promotional materials for the website and social media.
- Create engaging product visuals, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in design elements across all digital platforms.
- Work with developers to improve website aesthetics and functionality.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing).
- Optimize product listings and web pages for SEO to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing promotional content.
4. Social Media & Marketplace Management
- Manage and update e-commerce listings on platforms like Amazon, Noon.
- Design and post creatives for social media promotions(Instagram,facebook,etc).
- Engage with customers through online channels and respond to inquiries.
5. Order & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and return requests efficiently.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and traffic sources.
- Generate reports on sales trends and customer behavior.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights.
7. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with the design team, developers, and marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and seamless user experience.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
