AstroLabs is on the search for an active and creative Digital Marketing Analyst. Join our marketing team and take part in nailing the realization of our growth plan and achieving business outcomes.

Your Role:

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, here's what you will be responsible for


  • You will team up with our marketing team to hit and exceed our marketing objectives scaling our customer acquisition efforts, and driving growth.
  • You will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • You will lead on creating, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • You will creatively run growth experiments to test new channels and campaigns formats and channels analyzing results and scaling successful experiments
  • You will launch, manage and report on Full Funnel campaigns to secure leads, and deals targets.
  • You will take charge of building landing pages driving growth in conversion rate
  • You will work on analyzing campaign performance data, generate insights, and report on key metrics.
  • You will review our websites organic performance and implement necessary changes to increase optimization.
  • You will lead the daily communication with agencies to ensure high campaign performance.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a successful customer journey and target achievement.
  • You will deliver scheduled reports, armed with key performance data focused on targets, to refine and enhance future marketing strategies.
  • You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand’s messaging and customer needs
  • You will utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign execution and reporting processes.
  • You will team up with the marketing team to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the market.
  • Your role will be crucial in scaling our customer acquisition efforts, increasing conversion rates, and ultimately driving revenue growth.
  • You will manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
A week in the life of a Digital Marketing Analyst

Joining our dynamic environment, your weeks would fast-paced, filled with strategic planning, creative brainstorming, and hands-on execution.


You'll start your days by reviewing campaign performance data, analyzing key metrics, and implementing changes to refine your strategies. You'll collaborate with the marketing team, communications team, sales, and external agencies, ensuring that every marketing initiative aligns with our objectives and targets. Throughout the week, you'll lead the creation, execution, and optimization of data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, running growth experiments to test new ideas and scaling successful ones. You will utilize automation tools to streamline processes and work on reports to share with the different BUs. You will also generate analytical reports for different BUs and share analysis and recommendations for improvement.



What You Need to Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge in SEO
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong experience in analytical tools and marketing tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent proficiency in using CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Has a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good project management skills.
Must Have’s:
  • Performance marketing experience
  • Excellent command in analytics and data reporting
  • Experience in growth experiments
  • Good command in English
