Job Description

We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Marketing Department as the Digital Content Specialist, based in Dubai, UAE.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and other digital channels.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various channels including the website, blog, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to identify and target key audiences and create content tailored to their needs and interests.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the content is relevant and competitive.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement by using Analytical software.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to increase the reach of the content.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and incorporate them into content creation to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of content projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest content digital marketing trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
  • Experience managing content for various channels, social media, email, and video.
  • Proficient in SEO and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (Contentful or similar) and social media/channel marketing management tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Expert in using website and marketing analytics (Adobe Analytics is preferable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
